A bonus to light weapons isn't as useful for minmatar assault suits since they get bonuses to sidearms. I cash in on its 5% bonus sidearm clipsize and only use sidearms (Many others do that as well). A bonus to all weapon damage would be better.

With their poor accuracy, their max range should be increased (Not optimal). It would add little advantage to using the SMG but would allow smg users to better defend themselves. A 10% increase or a little more would be nice.

No reallocation. There is no reason for it. The SP you used will always be useful. Now if they change Caldari and gallente marauders into the trashmobiles.. then yeah, I could see it. But that wont be happening.
